Making Movement a Part of Your Day
If you don't exercise now, or exercise very little, you have become accustomed to a sedentary lifestyle. This sedentary course or inaction is the worse thing you could do in your fight against weight gain, Insulin Resistance and PCOS. Moderate exercise is very important.
We have to help exchange your old, negative lifestyle of little or no exercise with one that has a moderate exercise plan. Believe me, I do not like exercise. I hate to sweat I really do but I am forcing myself to move more. Some days I dont feel like it as Im sure you dont. It is hard to exercise when you feel sick all the time. It will take some time to change your ways and try to move more.
I walk everyday but Sunday unless I am really ill. I started walking for 10 or 15 minutes, now I am easily walking 45 minutes without thinking too much about it. I wait till it is not too hot and use this as my thought time and prayer time. You can do this too. Remember I hate to exercise, you know the sweat and all bothers me! Try it this week for a few days and see how you feel. It will improve your insulin levels and help you sleep much better. | Womans Health Links
